HomeTeams Health is a subscription-based healthcare service that provides same-day provider access, 24/7 nurse support, personalized care, and an AI health coach to help you stay on top of your health.

How does it work?

Once you sign up, you get immediate access to: Priority scheduling with in-network providers, 24/7 nurse support for expert medical advice, instant access to specialists for advanced care, Coach AI, for proactive wellness guidance, a seamless patient portal that keeps your records updated and accessible!

How much does it cost?

Individual Membership: $29.95/month or $288/annually

Family Membership: $69.95/month or $588/annually (covers your spouse and dependents).

$75 flat fee per call for the 24/7 nurse—no hidden costs, no extra charges, regardless of call length.

The $75 fee covers your consultation with a triage nurse. This includes expert advice, symptom evaluation, and guidance on next steps. For comparison: The average urgent care visit costs $150–$250, even with insurance.

HomeTeams Health offers priority scheduling with providers, ensuring faster access to care. While your appointments can be covered by insurance or paid out-of-pocket, the cost and billing are determined by the clinic where your appointment takes place. HomeTeams Health does not cover, pay for, or include the cost of provider appointments.

How does the onboarding process work?

Joining is easy:

  1. Sign up online and select your membership type.

  2. Our team will add you to our medical record portal.

Complete your medical intake forms sent via email.

That’s it! Once you're set up, you’ll have full access to our services when you need them. You can access our private member portal by going clicking here and inputting the password you received at registration.

Does HomeTeams Health work for families?

Absolutely! A family membership covers you, your spouse, and your dependents.

Does HomeTeams Health accept insurance?

HomeTeams Health operates as a cash-pay membership service. While your membership itself is not billed through insurance, you can use your insurance to cover the cost of provider appointments, lab work, and treatments at participating clinics. The cost and billing for those appointments are determined by the clinic where you receive care. HomeTeams Health does not cover, pay for, or include the cost of provider visits and or medical services outside of our membership offerings.
